I spent years watching local businesses in Pakistan struggle online – not because their product was bad, but because they were being sold services instead of results.

Agencies were charging for “social media management” with no accountability. Freelancers were building websites that looked good but brought zero customers. Business owners had no idea if their money was working.

So I built a team around one rule: we only get paid when your business actually grows.
